"I cannot recommend Agent Torin and ESPECIALLY Wendy at his Crosspoint office! We have been with State Farm for ages and experienced exceptional service when we transferred our policies to Torin's office. Right away they were warm welcoming & knowledgeable! Most recently I was at the DMV getting my new NYS plates, when I found out that I needed a new ID card ASAP! I called the office from the DMV counter, wendy answered the phone & took care of everything immediately and all was resolved - she was a lifesaver! It really is true - Like a good neighbor State Farm is there!"

"I am thrilled to have my insurance through this State Farm shop, located at N French at Crosspoint. The reason it's so amazing is their low rates, their customer service, and the best reason is a representative named Shelby. Literally just answered the phone in the last 5 minutes of the day on a Friday, and helped me with a problem that was complex. I would hope but am often disappointed there were more people excited about their job, but I think I've only experienced one recently and that's Shelby. Call for an insurance quote today!!"
