Torin Lucas

I have been a part of Torin's State Farm team since May of 2018 and have loved every moment! My primary focus is building relationships, solving problems and helping families secure what is most important to them from auto to life insurance. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dogs Hercules, Hades and my partner Ashley going for walks and enjoying our time outside, when the weather permits it of course! I also spend a lot of my time with my mom which usually involves a puppy play date! I look forward to everyday here at State Farm and strive to continue giving a lasting experience to each and every one I come in contact with. I look forward to having the opportunity to work with you as well!

My name is Shelby and I have been with Torin's State Farm team since July of 2019 but I have worked in insurance for over 3 years now! I handle the customer service end of things in our office which can include anything from a simple billing question to helping our policy holder’s understand what their policy is providing coverage for. Outside of the office, I enjoy all things crafty and artsy. I am so grateful for the relationships I have already been able to build with our policy holders and I can’t wait to see what we can do for you!

As one of Torin’s newest team members since January of 2022, I am excited to connect with our current customers and LOVE to make new friends. Helping people protect what is of the utmost value to them with the right coverages as life twists and turns is so important. I spend the majority of my time focusing on helping people with the right Life insurance policy to meet them where they are today and to help them protect the future and would be my pleasure to help you and your family! As a mom of two amazing adult children, I enjoy spending time with them, their spouses, my grand babies and grand puppies. I also have a few dogs of my own and enjoy a great concert! I enjoy connecting with people through a great conversation and I cannot wait to have the opportunity to meet with you, help you and welcome you to the State Farm family!

I am licensed in Property & Casualty, Life, and Health and I am passionate about assisting with present and future insurance needs. Out of the office I enjoy spending time with my husband and family. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE being a GG to my 6 beautiful Grandchildren.

My name is Karla and I have been a bilingual licensed agency team member since 2012. I have been in the Insurance industry for 18 and I joined Torin's State Farm team in the fall of 2022. My primary focus is assisting our customer service needs. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter. You can usually find us at a dance competition, playing with our two Corgis, or enjoying the outdoors.

I started my tenure with Torin’s office in the fall of 2022 after graduating from UB during the summer! Since joining, I have been welcomed with confidence and appreciation. As of right now I focus on home & auto insurance however, I plan to add financial services to my offerings in the near future. We have an incredible team that is ready to help and I look forward to welcoming you!
